Terms and conditions


Our Terms and Conditions do not in any way affect your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods act. They are an explanation of our procedures and ethics for trading. By placing an Order it signifies that you agree to our Terms and Conditions.


1 The price of our products is stated on our website. Prices stated include Vat and exclude delivery charges. Delivery charges will be shown prior to placement of order.

  1. Orders

2.1 Orders are only processed once payment has been made in full.

2.2 If a product is out of stock you will be informed within 2 working days.

2.3 If an item is not in stock you will receive an estimated delivery date. If this is not acceptable the order can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

2.4 Bella Dog Company reserve the right to refuse an order, for any reason.

2.5 Bella Dog Company will send order confirmation by E mail. This email is proof of order.

3 Payments are made through Paypal.

3.1 We will accept Bank transfer payments or cheques from UK customers, please contact us for more details.

Postage and packing

4 Goods for UK orders may take up to 2 working days to dispatch and up to 5 working days to deliver from date of dispatch.

4.1 For Europe and worldwide please allow minimum of 4 weeks.

4.2 Every effort is made to deliver goods within the given time frame. However, we do not accept liability for delays.

4.3 Goods are only dispatched during normal working days (Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays).

4.4 A signature is required for most deliveries. This must be considered when providing a delivery address.

4.5 The standard UK delivery charge is a minimum of £4.50, depending on weight.

4.6 Next day service is dependent on weight but minimum of £25.00 order valu. For next day delivery orders must be received before 13.00 Monday to Thursday and email will be sent to confirm.

4.7 International delivery is available upon request only. Certain foreign destinations will receive special charges, a quote will be sent before distribution.

4.8 Additional charges may apply if more than one package is required.

4.9 For foreign orders the recipient will be liable for all local taxes and or duties.

4.10 We do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO Boxes


6 Bella Dog Company make every effort to provide you with the ultimate product. But, if for any reason you are not happy with your product, simply return the goods to us unused and in their original packaging. Please email us either using the contact form or thebelladog@mail.com for the cancellation form.

6.1 The returned item must be accompanied by the dispatch note.

6.2 Please state your reason for requesting a refund or exchange.

6.3 If an exchange is requested (Colour/Size etc) please return the original item, with the dispatch note and a request for the exchange item.

6.4 All goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase to receive an exchange or a refund (less any postage and packaging).

6.5 In the case of returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us by registered post or special delivery. It is advisable to obtain proof of posting. This will assist in the case of any lost, damaged, or mislaid parcel.

6.6 Any goods returned incomplete, i.e. missing parts etc will not be replaced or refunded.

6.7 Please note that refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment wherever possible.

8. Consumer Rights

It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us. Please see EU online dispute resolution link for further information as shown in clause 9 below.
